The HP1H is for use with high pressure propane and will output up to
160,000 btu/hr. This hot plate cooker features sturdy 1" angle iron legs, a large 15.5" x 15.5" angle iron table top with eight heavy duty spokes, a 4" diameter burner head, wind screen, and a 10" cooking height. The HP1H works well for many cooking applications other than just turkey frying. It is a hot plate brew burner often chosen by Home Brewers. Low Pressure, High Pressure, or Natural Gas models.

An optional 8" high-model WG1 folding WIND guard is available for the model HP1 series hot plates. The optional WING side table extensions also fit this outdoor hot plate. A Small GRIDDLE option is seen below. We recommend the use of an optional COM1 regulator for high pressure and the COM5 regulator for low pressure or a natural gas hose with this series of hot plate cookers.

The HP1L has a 40,000 btu/hr low pressure burner and uses low pressure propane. The HP1N uses natural gas and is shown below. Choose your version at the right. All versions come standard with a Control Valve on the burner.

Our custom HP10 burner delivers the highest btu/hr of any cast burner we can fit into a two or three burner hot plate cooker housing. Even though it can deliver up to 100,000 btu/hr per burner, the gas can be attenuated to a low flame suitable for simmering gravies and sauces. The 10" diameter of the burner insures that the heat is evenly distributed over the bottom of the pot, pan, or griddle. Excellent for Wok Cooking, use one of our optional Wok Rings.

We recommend the use of a COM5 low pressure propane regulator. Contact us for natural gas hoses, which we stock in many lengths.

This is a new high heat burner of our own design. It is the highest btu/hr cast iron burner for natural gas use on the market today. The only way to get more btu/hr from a natural gas burner is to use a jet burner. Designed for the cooks who really want to use Natural Gas and have been frustrated by the current btu/hr heat limits of the burners available on the market.

GRIDDLE - Small and Medium Size Steel Griddles are available.

A griddle is the perfect addition to any hot plate, cooker stand, or mobile camp stove cart. Cook hamburgers, bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, tortillas, fajitas, steaks, pork chops, pancakes, or anything else that is cooked on a griddle. Our Steel Griddles come with a removable grease trap for cleaning & easy storage. The grease trap has square ends and will stand on a flat surface. The Griddles have spatula-useful, 2"-high side and rear walls which cooks prefer in their griddles. The thickness of the steel griddles are 3/16". Three sizes are available and all of them are designed to sit on top of a hot plate, cooker stand or camp stove mobile cart.

This extra large Bacon and Panini Press was designed to take advantage of the entire griddle surface area of our Small Griddle. It measures 14" x 14", which makes it one of the largest commercial bacon and panini presses on the market anywhere. You will love how the bacon cooks perfectly flat. This is so simple to use that you will want to pre-cook entire packages of bacon. To store the cooked bacon we suggest wrapping it in a paper towel and placing the wrapped product in a zip-loc bag in the refrigerator. On a dual burner unit you can use two of them. On a triple burner unit you can use up to three of them.
