Tejas Smokers® High Pressure Burners are generally defined by delivering more than one psi of propane gas.  We recommend the use of our 20 psi regulator, the COM3, with all of our high pressure burners.

  • Produces up to 160,000 BTU/hr in an evenly-directed manner.
  • Includes air shutter, Insect Screen Guard, and a 90° 3/8" flare Orifice.Alternatively, a 180° 3/8" flare orifice fitting is also available.
  • Best working distance is 3" to 4" from top of cast to bottom of pot.
  • The center bolt is a 6mm in diameter or a 1/4".
  • From the center bolt to the air inlet at the edge of the burner is 5".
  • Best working distance is 3" to 4" from top of cast to bottom of pot.
  • From the center bolt to the end of the orifice is approximately 6".
  • Total length of the burner with an orifice is approximately 8".
  • Burner head diameter is 4", height from base to top of burner is 3".
