We stock 32", 44", 56", and 68" pipe burners assemblies.(As measured from one end of the pipe to the opposite end of the pipe's threads.)

The pipe burners are 1.25"ID and 1.5"OD with a standard schedule 40 pipe wall thickness. These assemblies include a welded end cap at one end and a venturi at the other end.

For supporting the assembly we recommend a cradle out of a well supported length of angle iron. A cradle support will permit easy removal of the burner unit for cleaning, when necessary.

Our pipe burners have been engineered and tested to give a even, high heat blue flames across the length of the pipe and they easily light.

The first 8" of the pipe is used as the "throat" of the burner and does not have any holes for flames. This space is required for the air and gas to mix efficiently in order to have a nice blue flame. Don't waste propane using a pipe burner that burns an inefficient yellow flame.
