The HP2H is for use with high pressure propane. This hot plate cooker features sturdy 1" angle iron legs, a large 15.5" x 28" angle iron table top with sixteen heavy duty radiating spokes, two 4" diameter burner heads, burner wind screens, and a 10" cooking height.  Low Pressurel, High Pressure, or Natural Gas models.

An optional 8" high-model WG2 folding WIND guard is available for the model HP2 series hot plate cookers. The optional WING side table extensions also work with this outdoor hot plate cooker. Small and Medium GRIDDLE options are seen below. We recommend the use of an optional COM1 regulator for high pressure and the COM5 regulator for low pressure or a natural gas hose with this series of hot plate cookers.

The HP2H burners (for high pressure propane) will each output a maximum of 160,000 btu/hr. This series is also available with 40,000 btu/hr low pressure burners which we can supply for use with low pressure propane or natural gas. Choose your version at the right. All versions come standard with a Needle Control Valve on each burner. We also can place practically any cast iron burner or combination of different burners in any position. Just ask.
