Note: It is wise to choose a pressure gauge range beyond that of your gas regulator pressure limit. For example, a 20 psi regulator should have a 30 psi gauge, a 30 psi regulator should have a 60 psi gauge, and a 60 psi regulator should use a 100 psi gauge.This can reduce the chance of damage to the sensitive pressure gauge when gas pressure suddenly changes by "pinging" the gauge mechanism and permanently rendering the future readings incorrect.
