CC200 - High Heat Crab and Crawfish and Lobster Cooker - 20 jets, 200,000 btu/hr.


The CC200H is a low pressure propane (natural gas available by request) cooker that produces a serious 200,000 btu/hr heat output through a 20 nozzle brass jet cast iron burner, JETC20P which has a 1/2" NPT inlet. Dimensions of this professional cooker are 16"L x 16"W x 15"H. We recommend the OPTIONAL COM2-60 assembly (high pressure adjustable regulator, POL propane tank fitting, and five foot hose, not included).


Designed for heating pots containing up to 20 gallons.


A removable wind guard for the front of this burner is included. Cooker also comes with an 8" pipe nipple and gas hose adapter not shown in pictures below which extends from the burner ring. You don't have to use it only as a crab cooker; it works well for lots of cooking applications. Distance from brass burner tip to bottom of pot is the optimum 8 1/2" , which is the ideal spacing distance for jet nozzles to be placed from the heated surface. Natural gas version available at no extra charge. Gas inlet is 1/2" NPT (normal pipe thread). We recommend an optional 1/2" NPT ball valve to be installed on the pipe nipple in order to attenuate the gas level. Dimensions are 16"L x 16"W x 15"H


Stainless steel cool-touch side handles are available as an option on this model. Simply purchase (2) 1507 handle assemblies when you purchase the CC200.We will drill the mounting holes at no extra charge.

When you need a LOT of heat for a big pot holding up to 35 gallons then the "BAD BOY" might just be your cup of tea.

Designed for heating pots containing up to 35 gallons.


This is an outdoor burner and is popular with caterers. This cooker uses 32-jet nozzles, 320,000 btu/hr ring jet burner. The distance from the tip of the brass jets to the top surface it's set at the optimum 11 1/2" distance in order to achieve the highest efficiency. A removable wind guard for the front of this burner is included. The cooker also comes with an 8" pipe nipple and gas hose adapter which extends from the burner ring.


If using propane we recommend the OPTIONAL COM2-60 adjustable (0-30 psi) regulator and 5 ft hose. Natural gas version available by request at no extra charge. Optional 3/4" ID natural gas hose is available. Gas inlet is 3/4" NPT (normal pipe thread). We recommend an OPTIONAL 3/4" NPT ball valve installed on the end of the pipe nipple to attenuate the gas level.Dimensions are 16"L x 16"W x 18"H.
