This extra large Bacon and Panini Press was designed to take advantage of the entire griddle surface area of our Small Griddle. It measures 14" x 14", which makes it one of the largest commercial bacon and panini presses on the market anywhere. You will love how the bacon cooks perfectly flat. This is so simple to use that you will want to pre-cook entire packages of bacon. To store the cooked bacon we suggest wrapping it in a paper towel and placing the wrapped product in a zip-loc bag in the refrigerator. On a dual burner unit you can use two of them. On a triple burner unit you can use up to three of them.

Even though we call this our BACON and Panini press, it has lots of other uses than just cooking bacon strips. Think of how easy it is to hold down a pile of hash browns, a number of pork chops, huge hamburger patties, four large panini sandwiches, or a strip steak?

Comes with a fitting on the side to allow the cook to stand the press up vertically on the sides of the Griddle. It has a steel flat surface of 14" x 14" with a welded stainless steel spring handle insures that the handle will remain cool to the touch. A BACON and Panini press is handy indeed.
