We have designed two new cast burners for Natural Gas which will reach 80,000 and 120,000 btu/hr. These burners fill a void in heat delivery for cooks using Natural Gas.  Hot plates ordered for Natural Gas use will not need a regulator, but if a 1/2"ID natural gas hose is used with the hot plate some brass fitting adapters may be needed (see Brass Fittings, Valves).  

The HP1, HP2, and HP3-series Hot Plates use one, two, or three 160,000 btu/hr cast burners for High Pressure and one, two, or three 40,000 btu/hr cast burners for Low Pressure or Natural Gas.  The HP8-series uses our new 80,000 btu/hr cast burners, the HP10-series uses 100,000 btu/hr burners for Low Pressure or Natural Gas, and our new HP12-series uses a single 120,000 btu/hr cast burner for Low Pressure or Natural Gas. Choose the size Wok Ring suitable for your Wok and purchase it with any hot plate (or cooker stand).   We will notch out grooves in the radiating spokes in your cooker stand cooking surface so that the Wok Ring will seat into the spokes of your hot plate whenever you choose to use your Wok.  No extra charge!  We ship free to the 48 contiguous U.S. States including California, Ohio, Massachusetts, and Tennessee!
