This is a new high heat burner of our own design. It is the highest btu/hr cast iron burner for natural gas use on the market today. The only way to get more btu/hr from a natural gas burner is to use a jet burner. Designed for the cooks who really want to use Natural Gas and have been frustrated by the current btu/hr heat limits of the burners available on the market.

We recommend the use of a COM5 low pressure propane regulator. Contact us for natural gas hoses, which we stock in many lengths. This new casting also has the ability to accept a T-PILOT Assembly.   Many accessory options are found at the bottom of this page.
