►   The top cast iron burner has a 15 x 15 angle iron top with eight heavy duty spokes, a burner wind screen and provides a 30 cooking height. It is at the right height for comfortable cooking with smaller pots or sauce pans.

►   The height of the lower cast iron burner is ideal for larger pots to boil crawfish, crabs, lobster, or to safely frying turkeys.

►   Transformer propane models have a 160,000 btu/hr high pressure burner situated as the lower fold-out burner which can be folded up and stored underneath. The angle iron top is 12" x 12" with 8 spokes,a 6" burner wind screen, and provides a stable 12" cooking height.
 

►   Fold-out convenience table features a 9" continuous hinge and has 225 square inches of handy work area.

A griddle is the perfect addition to any hot plate, cooker stand, or mobile camp stove cart. Cook hamburgers, bacon, sausage, eggs, hash browns, tortillas, fajitas, steaks, pork chops, pancakes, or anything else that is cooked on a griddle. Our Steel Griddles come with a removable grease trap for cleaning & easy storage. The grease trap has square ends and will stand on a flat surface. The Griddles have spatula-useful, 2"-high side and rear walls which cooks prefer in their griddles.The thickness of the steel griddles are 3/16". Three sizes are available and all of them are designed to sit on top of a hot plate, cooker stand or camp stove mobile cart.

■     Small griddle has a Cooking Surface of 14" x 14" x 2" and weighs 22#. Dims: 17" x 15 1/2" x 5"

This extra large Bacon and Panini Press was designed to take advantage of the entire griddle surface area of our Small Griddle. It measures 14" x 14", which makes it one of the largest commercial bacon presses on the market anywhere. You will love how the bacon cooks perfectly flat. This is so simple to use that you will want to pre-cook entire packages of bacon. To store the cooked bacon we suggest wrapping it in a paper towel and placing the wrapped product in a zip-loc bag in the refrigerator. On a dual burner unit you can use two of them. On a triple burner unit you can use up to three of them.

Even though we call this our BACON and Panini press, it has lots of other uses than just cooking bacon strips. Think of how easy it is to hold down a pile of hash browns, a number of pork chops, some huge hamburger patties, four large panini sandwiches, or a few strip steaks?

Comes with a fitting on the side to allow the cook to stand the press up vertically on the sides of the Griddle. It has a steel flat surface of 14" x 14" with a welded stainless steel spring handle insures that the handle will remain cool to the touch. A BACON and Panini press is handy indeed.
