PBM125 - Pipe Burner - support LEGS are an option

PBM125 - Straight Pipe Burner 1 1/4" ID - 32", 44", 56", or 68" lengths.

We stock 32", 44", 56", and 68" pipe burner assemblies, also called stick burners or tube burners, (as measured from one end of the pipe to the opposite end of the pipe's threads.)
The pipe burners are 1.25"ID and 1.5"OD with a standard schedule 40 pipe wall thickness. These assemblies include a welded end cap at one end and a venturi at the other end.
For supporting the assembly we recommend a cradle out of a well supported length of angle iron. A cradle support will permit easy removal of the burner unit for cleaning, when necessary.
Our pipe burners have been engineered and tested to give a even, high heat blue flame across the length of the pipe and they easily light.
The first 8" of the pipe is used as the "throat" of the burner and does not have any holes for flames. This space is required for the air and gas to mix efficiently in order to have a nice blue flame. Don't waste propane using a pipe burner that burns an inefficient yellow flame.

Pipe Burners can be run by High Pressure Propane, Low Pressure Propane, or Natural Gas. Indicate your fuel in the COMMENTS section.
For High Pressure use we recommend the COM3 regulator/hose.
For Low Pressure use we recommend the COM5 regulator/hose.

CVO - Control Valve Orifice for 1/8", 1/4", or 3/8" NPT Burner Gas Inlet.

Select a CVO250 for a Pipe Burner. For a Cast Iron Burner the correct CVO can be selected from the drop down menu of the burner.

Why would I need a gas burner Control Valve Orifice?

The CVO series needle control valve orifice allows one to adjust the height of the burner flames directly at the venturi rather than further back at the propane tank regulator or the natural gas source. This Control Valve Orifice fitting will work on practically any gas burner if the orifice is drilled to the proper size and you know the size of the gas inlet thread (1/8" or 1/4"). Indicate your fuel preference of either natural gas, low pressure propane, or high pressure propane in the Comments section in the Shopping Cart. The default orifice size is #61 for High Pressure propane. However, we will drill it to the proper orifice size for your particular fuel. No extra charge.
